In the Star Wars universe, Mando is a bounty hunter, warrior and follower of the "Way of the Mandalore".  As a orphan he was adopted and raised by "The Watch", a sect of Mandalorians that embraces a strict code of rules and traditions abandoned by the mainstream Mandalorian society.  Originally hired to capture "The Child" he soon becomes its protector and guardian.
